On September 2nd, 2005 WestsideRentals.com launched a new and improved website. In 1996, WestsideRentals.com started in a single office in Santa Monica distributing paper copies of its Santa Monica vacancies list. By consistently delivering quality tenants to landlords and accurate information to renters, we have now evolved into the definitive marketplace for connecting landlords, tenants, and roommates in Southern California. Features of the new website, outlined below, have been developed after analyzing feedback from thousands of landlords and renters over the years. Even though we are improving our website, the three longstanding principles behind our success remain unchanged:

  Members have access to listings as soon as landlords post their vacancies.

  Every landlord can upload up to 7 photos and 1 floor plan for members to view.

• Integrated Online Application & Messaging System

  Members are able to send messages to landlords with questions as well as submit an online rental application directly from the new website.

• Public Profile & Wishlist – Find A Tenant!

  Members have the option of posting a Public Profile viewable by landlords and/or roommates who can now search for you. Only landlords/roommates with a vacancy that matches a member’s rental Wish List can contact that member.

  Landlords are able to search our membership database for a tenant whose Wish List matches their current vacancy.

• More Photos - ALL FREE!

  Upload up to 7 photos per ad, all FREE of charge. It’s like having an open house 24 hours a day!
